A little about me 🌸

Program manager by title, translator by trade, and a collector of cute stationery on the side.

My story

Hi, I'm Kalzang 👋

I'm a program manager who lives in the space between spreadsheets and sprint boards — between what engineers can build and what stakeholders actually need. My job is to make that space feel less like a gap and more like a bridge.

Originally from Gangtok, Sikkim, I grew up around a place where the line between two very different worlds — mountain and valley, old and new — was something you crossed every day without thinking about it. That's more or less the job now: finding clarity in complexity, and making sure the bridge between technical and non-technical teams feels like a conversation, not a negotiation.

I care about good pedagogy, good UX, and never letting the "why" behind a product get lost in execution. Off the clock you'll find me in a cozy café with a milky tea, hoarding cute notebooks I'll absolutely use one day, and reorganizing a Notion workspace purely for fun.

🌸 Personal philosophy

Kindness, clarity, and reliable execution build stronger teams than unnecessary complexity ever will.

🧭 What I'm great at

Taking a tense, jargon-heavy room and leaving everyone aligned on one plan they actually believe in.

🎀 Little joys

Pastel sticky notes, a clean backlog, mountain mornings, and a game that loads in under a second.

The bridge, live

The Translation Station

This is the heart of what I do — the same project, told two ways. Flip the switch to see how I translate between engineer-speak and human-speak.
