Hi, I'm Kalzang 👋
I'm a program manager who lives in the space between spreadsheets and sprint boards — between what engineers can build and what stakeholders actually need. My job is to make that space feel less like a gap and more like a bridge.
Originally from Gangtok, Sikkim, I grew up around a place where the line between two very different worlds — mountain and valley, old and new — was something you crossed every day without thinking about it. That's more or less the job now: finding clarity in complexity, and making sure the bridge between technical and non-technical teams feels like a conversation, not a negotiation.
I care about good pedagogy, good UX, and never letting the "why" behind a product get lost in execution. Off the clock you'll find me in a cozy café with a milky tea, hoarding cute notebooks I'll absolutely use one day, and reorganizing a Notion workspace purely for fun.
